    Purchased for my granddaughter who needed it for school. It was exactly what she wanted and needed. As a long-time MacBook user was more than happy to do it and BestBuy price was best in town. Associate was very helpful and patient with her.

    I love my MacBook so much, my previous one broke after being rebuilt twice and this was such an upgrade. I love it so so much and I haven't had any problems so far, I definitely recommend anyone on the edge of buying one to just do it. They last so long and are super worth the price for everything it can do.

    Best computer, last forever in tech years. With Apple upgrades you can keep MacBooks running at least 10yrs or more. Mine from 2010 just got retired, by my daughter. That’s unheard of in any other computer.

    Love the new MacBook but the store clerk would not allow me to take it home without my trade in and was rude when I said my paperwork says I would be credited trade in value when I brought it in…. Thus I did NOT get a trade in refund

    Really impressed with Best Buy. First my daughter's computer stops working, then my son and daughter in law's computers were stolen...I made a few purchases and I'm so glad I did. The prices were right but the staff members were incredible. I will definitely continue buying here.

    This computer is equipped with AI capabilities, but even I am unable to activate it. The AI functionality is not operational. Despite the challenges in locating the feature, I must acknowledge that this product is overall commendable.
