The computer doesn’t have any lag or freezing issues. The M4 is a great chip.

Excellent price on this MacBook air during the holiday season. Super fast, good quality, I gave this machine to my wife since she is working with engraving software, machine for a personal project, it has been making stuff a lot easier.

Design & Feel The Midnight finish looks sleek — darker tone, subtle, classy. The build is super light, the hinge feels solid, keyboard and trackpad are great as always. It’s that premium Apple feel, but still portable enough to carry around all day without fatigue. 2. Performance with Apple Intelligence Features The M4 chip feels like a leap forward. Tasks with AI-assisted features are smooth: things like Smart Summaries, on-device Intelligence, built-in Copilot-style help, etc. respond quickly, without the lag or stutter you sometimes get in lesser laptops. Even when I push a few tasks together (multiple apps, some AI features working, browser tabs open), it handles them well. Advanced AI Tasks Still Limited by Some Latency For most everyday stuff it’s great, but super heavy tasks (e.g. huge datasets, large video rendering with AI features, etc.) still take time. If you’re used to a desktop or higher-end laptop, you’ll notice a little lag in extremely demanding workflows. Learning Curve for Apple Intelligence Some features are new and subtle — you need to learn where Apple has added AI assistance (menus, context actions, etc.). It’s not always obvious. Also sometimes I wish for more user control over how “helpful” Copilot is (verbosity, how intrusive suggestions are, etc.).

I am a huge Apple fan. I love how seamless the devices are and it was an added bonus to buy it for $100 less than the Apple Store was offering sales. People were really helpful during the busy Christmas season. This one is more lightweight than my previous MacBook Air.

Love this Mac Air, light and very easy to work on

5 Stars MacBook Air, traded in M2 for M4 just for speed and longevity. The online trade program needs work, no communication, multiple calls to BB. Almost 4 weeks later and still waiting for my $450 credit to apply to my account. Would have took to store for trade but you need both MacBooks to transfer data, a miss on Apples part.

The color is nice, works faster the my previous apple laptop, battery life is excellent and all the features are perfect. I definitely recommend this laptop to everyone. Purchasing it at Best Buy was fast and easy thank you

I ended up having to get a new computer for college. I’ve always wanted a MacBook but could never justify the cost. LET ME TELL YOU. This laptop by far surpasses all of the others I have owned. It fast, doesn’t lag, and I can literally have several apps/tabs open at one time without issue. I will say, never owning a Mac before, there was definitely an adjustment period. But after a day of figuring it out, I absolutely love it!!

This MacBook has the processor power, memory and storage capabilities to meet my needs as a first year medical school student. The battery life is awesome.
