The laptops is a great product. It is easy to use and the battery last longer than most other laptops.

Got this for my husband for school. He loves it do far. He had been able to create videos b complete his assignments with ease and loves how it can connect to his watch and phone. Great product thus far. We went back and got the wireless mouse as well.

I love my new MacBook, I am a photographer who does a lot of computer work, anything from emails to editing software. This is the perfect computer, it’s very fast and the display is perfect. I’m able to get the best colors in my edits.

The Macbook Air I purchased recently was excellent in term of performance and all features compared to many other notebook I ever used. This is my first time using Macbook and my experience was marvellous. I would recommend it to others. The Best Buy staff also was very helpful in introducing the product to me and it meets my expectation. I found all other best buy products are of high quality with affordable price. My recent experienced shopping in Best Buy was amazing and would recommend Best Buy to others.

M4 Processor is the way to go, great battery life and speed. I just came from a Windows-based platform and I am getting used to the MAC. I am trading speed for familiarity. Works well with all my other Apple products

I went into Best Buy to see the Geek Squad unfortunately, I could not be seen that day. Thank God they had a program called Progressive Leasing. I was able to buy my first Apple Mac Book. This program allows me to pay off my laptop within the first 90 days. This laptop works perfectly with my photography. The battery life is amazing its seems like I can work for days without charging.

The prduct is really good and fast. The M4 chip is the best and the air is super light.

This little MacBook air is everything I hoped it would (and should) be. The fulfillment experience, however, not so much ergo the lost star. At checkout I was given the option of picking it up at my local store (a 1-hour round trip), or have it delivered for free that day before 9pm. Of course I selected the latter, canceled my plans for the evening, and waited. It never arrived. When I called the next day they apologized, said that it would be getting picked up by the courier that day and I'd have it that evening. I did not get it. When I called the next day I asked if I could just come pick it up and they said no, I couldn't, because it was already flagged for courier pickup but don't worry, it'll be there tonight. It wasn't. This happened for two more consecutive days. On the sixth day I called and got the same runaround, this time going as far as to say that the machine was actually not on-site at my local store. I requested that they somehow change the status of my order from "delivery" to "pickup", and when they did, miraculously I was able to drive out and pick it up at my store that very afternoon! Lesson learned: if you want something done right, do it yourself.
