    I’m very happy with my MacBook and would definitely recommend it. I was torn between this model and the MacBook Pro, but the sales associate at Best Buy made the decision easy. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable—after explaining what I needed the laptop for in my day-to-day work, he assured me that the Pro wasn’t necessary for my needs and never tried to upsell me. That honesty and customer care are exactly why I’ll continue shopping at Best Buy for all my electronics.

    I purchased this as "open box - excellent" and the condition really was excellent! All parts were included and set up was so easy. I have had a macbook before and I am so glad I repurchased one. Laptop is sleek, easy to use and has great battery life. Highly recommend!

    The computer is awesome. The sales rep at the store was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. We don’t have an Apple Store within 3hours from our location and nice to know Best Buy is there!
