    Good product but the laptop that was in the box was very dirty, smudged. Had to scrub down with computer wipes. Monitor streaks came out with elbow grease. Could Best Buy please do a quick once over clean before selling?

    Apple products are great but not all applications are great and some need to login again when signing in for the 1st time on new laptop as the cookies in web browser doesn’t transfer.

    Not bad, the chance of paying it back without interest is great. Only thing is that my 30 day back guarantee wasn’t respected . Two weeks after buying the screen got bubbles they were nice but instead of receiving a new one I got sent to apple . Other than that great.
