You told me if I bought the Best Buy membership, when the MacBook I paid over 1100 for, goes on sale, I will be refunded 200 dollars. I’ve tried twice and no one knows what they are doing or what I’m speaking about!!!

Product box was slightly damaged but product was fine

I am coming from Windows 11 to mac os. Both are great operating platforms. What I like about the MacBook Air, is the quality of the product. It is awesome in its looks. It is so thin. I like the midnight color and the display screen is so clear and crisp looking. The 13” size is awesome. The price is very fair. It is really quiet and very light in weight 2.7 pounds. A difinite WOW machine. If you buy it you will not regret it. Enjoy!

Meh - it’s ok for the price. Managed to price match because Best Buy consistently overcharges.

I'm sure the macBook is ok. My issue is with the shipping. We purchased it on Saturday of labor day weekend. We didn't need it next day, but was promised it would arrive Sunday. I should have known better, but i stayed home all day waiting instead of enjoying the day. It was "signature required". The app said "arriving today" until 9:30 sunday night. Then it said arriving Tuesday, didn't happen. Finally got it Thursday. NEVER AGAIN.. bye...

Purchased this laptop and the keyboard became inoperative after a week (no drops/liquid damage was done). Apple replaced it with a new device. No issues with the new device, however I expected more with a new laptop.

Purchased as a gift for my daughter. Had Geek Squad take a look at her problem which appears to be hardware issues. I will have to exchange.

Battery lasts 3 hours. It's been this way since I bought it. Should have stayed with my old MacBook Pro. Waste of money.

Horrible. DO NOT TRUST anything Best Buy says. Signed up for the card and promised FREE NFL YOUTUBE well there was never a way to sign up.. Customer service SUCKS. Don't bother wasting money here.

My apple product are very good..they are very easy to use and handle.

Buy windows. Not worth it. Doesn’t support most of scientific software like origin etc.

After 3 weeks, I am really enjoying my MacBook Air. The price was good so I took the opportunity to replace my older one from 2018 that had battery issues and overheating issues. I don't do lots of heavy-duty computing so this suits me well. I have come to love the midnight color (after expecting it to be dark blue instead of black)- somehow it just doesn't look like the black color of a regular PC laptop. (lol) It is speedy, and I have had no issues with heat- it just does what I need it to do when I need it done. No complaints. I ordered it on a Sunday night at Best Buy, and picked it up first thing next morning- great service!

Coming from a macbook pro m2pro to the air m4 was nice its freaking zippy and fast, graphics wise the m2pro is still better but not by much, if you tone down the resolution a bit on the air you can still run the same stuff at maximum settings so not disappointed with that at all. If youre looking for something that can do it all and not break the bank or budger this is it. Im blown away. And the nice black finish is super nice lots of high quality in there, i also cant even tell im holding it at times i feel like im holding an ipad

This is my first time using a Mac as my primary laptop, and now that I'm past the initial learning curve, I like it SO much. Super easy to switch between tasks, great battery life, ultra portable, and very user friendly once you figure out all the shortcuts. No complaints, very happy I went with it.

Great speed with awesome features. The built in AI intelligence is great and the gadget it amazing with it s high battery life.
