I purchased this as a birthday present for my mom & she absolutely loves it!! It took her a little while to get used to using it, but she’s hooked. She’s been using an iPhone for years & never wanted a MacBook, until her good friend started raving about it. Now they attend classes at the Apple Store together LOL. She wishes she switched sooner!

It's a Macbook, what much else is there to say? Laptop gets the job done, is light, and will help iut my brother with his upcoming college courses.

Works great, like new. It would be great if they give it a better cleaning. The screen had fingerprints marked.

This MacBook is awesome. I am so used to using Apple Products and this is my first MacBook and I must say that it was very easy to use. It took me a few days to go through some of the features. Plus I go a great deal on this MacBook!

This mac works reliably for daily tasks . Battery usage is reasonable - doesn’t drain excessively during extended use

Love it. I brought my “vintage” laptop to Apple which couldn’t be fixed. My husband and I decided that we would just order it online. However, we stopped by Best Buy just to look at security systems and ended up buying my new laptop. The price was too good to pass it up and the associate that helped us was friendly, efficient and courteous. Laptop works wonderfully and have an up to date technology to do my work.

I love this MacBook so much! I don’t even know what caused me to downgrade to the iPad anyway! It’s light weight with a quiet keyboard. Not only was it cheaper than other places I found but I bought one that was out the box already but PERFECTLY FLAWLESS!
