Order kept getting delayed for shipping, wait ed over a month to received item. Every time I contacted the customer service, I kept getting run around that the item was on back order. When asked why it was sold with receipt date of few days the agents were not helpful. The only solution they had for me was to cancel the order. This was a graduation present, and they did not care about the fact that I needed it by certain day. I made sure to order this 6 weeks before i needed it. Very poor customer service. The item was great once it arrived.

I love this computer the only problem is if u want to play games u can’t u need windows to play games thats the only thing that sucks.

Great mac computer for a reasonable price. I wish there were more customizable choices though as the upgrades were over priced.

This is the first of two refurbished Apple computers purchased, in the last couple months, that have arrived with no power cord. If this was mentioned in the description - it was certainly buried in FINE print. While not a huge deal, it makes for added costs which is a large part of buying refurbished - and additionally makes them useless out of the box until a cord is purchased.

It's a great laptop, the colours are crisp. My brother loves it.

BEST BUY delivered package in beaten up condition. I waited to go into the store before opening. I just want to exchange for exact item and they want me to pay increase as it is no longer on as much of a sale???? THEIR delivery is at fault. So now they want me to wait and see and maybe return it when return window is closer??? what???

This laptop is great for everything, especially considering its portability. However, the experience I've had at a local BB (South Setauket, NY) was horrible, making it the WORST purchase I've made this year. The customer rep and store manager didn't know how to process the return, gave me false information that Apple laptops cannot be returned to the store, and showed unprofessional behavior to the customer. After this incident, I contacted online/phone customer service to confirm that I could return the laptop to the store. To avoid the same horrible experience, I went to a different store (Patchogue, NY) for a return, which took less than 3 minutes, and had a pleasant conversation with the rep.

This is the worst Apple laptop I have ever owned. It is much slower than a 2022 MacBook Pro with the M2 processor I have. The graphics are substandard for this laptop. The keyboard is sluggish and unresponsive. As now as it is the updates have been hit or miss. Unfortunately I allowed the Retrurn Period to expire, otherwise it would be in the box to go back to Best Buy. I cannot recomment this laptop. It’s time to rethink being a loyal Apple user.

Purchased this laptop and the keyboard became inoperative after a week (no drops/liquid damage was done). Apple replaced it with a new device. No issues with the new device, however I expected more with a new laptop.

I just picked up the MacBook Air 13-inch with the M4 chip from Best Buy, and honestly, it's fantastic. It's lightweight, lightning-fast, and the battery lasts me through an entire day of work and browsing. Even my heaviest multitasking hasn’t caused a skip in performance. The display is crisp and beautiful, and it fits seamlessly with my iPhone and iPad. Best Buy's team made it an easy and enjoyable purchase—highly recommend, but consider upgrading storage if you plan on saving lots of files.

Meh - it’s ok for the price. Managed to price match because Best Buy consistently overcharges.

Product box was slightly damaged but product was fine

You told me if I bought the Best Buy membership, when the MacBook I paid over 1100 for, goes on sale, I will be refunded 200 dollars. I’ve tried twice and no one knows what they are doing or what I’m speaking about!!!
