I am very happy with my purchase of the apple MacBook Air-13. The customer service was amazing, it took me roughly 10 minutes to get a laptop picked out and purchased.

The trip to Best Buy was fast and efficient. I was addressed as soon as i walked into the Apple area. My sales man was very effective at answering all my questions. I went home and scheduled an appointment for installing the the extra stuff. When I neared the Geek Squad desk, there was an older gentleman being helped. One of the Apples Salemen recognized me for a few days earlier. He waved me over and assisted me in getting everything installed. I have always used Black Tie. I highly recomend Best Buy Chattanooga, Gunbarrel rd. TN.

My first Apple Mac still learning how to use. It is great so far looking forward to learning all the features appears to be user friendl. I love the keyboard for an old person like me easy to use.

Great item. I’ve been using the new MacBook Air 13” with the M4 chip for a few weeks, and honestly — it’s the best laptop I’ve owned so far.

Product is great. Very sleep design. The M4 chip is a huge improvement to its formers.

My first laptop. So far so good. I find it a bit difficult to use the trackpad after using a desktop & mouse for decades, but I'm getting used to it & it was easy to hook a mouse up for certain projects. (Like photo editing.) As many other people have said, the sky blue is not really blue, but silver. I was a little disappointed with the color. (Wish it came in pink.)

Purchased this online during cyber week, the whole experience was flawless, ordered, 1 hr later picked up, Excellent system at Best Buy and the product itself also excellent also.

The Apple MacBook Air is a replacement for my other one that lasted almost 8 years! I would recommend a MacBook Air!

My daughter is very pleased with this purchase. Great for everything that she needs it for.

The product itself is amazing and I highly recommend it. However the Midnight color is horrible. It looks decent initially but quickly gets covered in fingerprints and smudges. These are constant and can be tough to clean up. Also this color doesn’t look as premium as the other three color ways.

Excellent product- easy to transition to a MAC book if you’re an iPhone user- excellent support provided in the store during the sale with comparison and needs as well as assistance with setup of the new device
