    I’m just getting used to the change from a Windows PC. The initial experience was a bit frustrating and time consuming after the Geek Squad attempted to move my files, pictures, etc to the new Apple MacBook. After 4 appointments and three men involved my laptop was fully loaded. The men who worked hard on this included Raphael, Alex and finally Minh, who was able to complete the transfer and show me some basics.

    Best Buy took care of me completely on my recent purchase of a MacBook Air M4. I received a good special discount at the time of buy. Also, they set up my laptop quickly and converted my iPhone to it. Great customer service and technical support.

    Solid laptop. Maybe not worth the full price, but if on sale- get it! Had some issues with touch ID initially but working fine now.
