    I’m just getting used to the change from a Windows PC. The initial experience was a bit frustrating and time consuming after the Geek Squad attempted to move my files, pictures, etc to the new Apple MacBook. After 4 appointments and three men involved my laptop was fully loaded. The men who worked hard on this included Raphael, Alex and finally Minh, who was able to complete the transfer and show me some basics.

    This is the 4th Laptop I have bought in 3 years. I purchase these for my grandchildren that are going to college. They are easy and all there info from their phones transfer. Why wouldn't you have one.
