Very good service. The store rep was really helpful.

Good product but the laptop that was in the box was very dirty, smudged. Had to scrub down with computer wipes. Monitor streaks came out with elbow grease. Could Best Buy please do a quick once over clean before selling?

it is convenient, if you have other apple devices, you can connect it with, it makes you feel so smart.

Good, I’d buy again, but I could have used more written info.

Order kept getting delayed for shipping, wait ed over a month to received item. Every time I contacted the customer service, I kept getting run around that the item was on back order. When asked why it was sold with receipt date of few days the agents were not helpful. The only solution they had for me was to cancel the order. This was a graduation present, and they did not care about the fact that I needed it by certain day. I made sure to order this 6 weeks before i needed it. Very poor customer service. The item was great once it arrived.

But slow but good price. Love the decals and how fast delivery was.

This is the first of two refurbished Apple computers purchased, in the last couple months, that have arrived with no power cord. If this was mentioned in the description - it was certainly buried in FINE print. While not a huge deal, it makes for added costs which is a large part of buying refurbished - and additionally makes them useless out of the box until a cord is purchased.

Bye Bye Best Buy!! My son was having issues with this laptop for college. The original BB individuals told me that since I am a preferred member my membership allows me 60 days to return and I was within that window. I was told to just bring the laptop back with the power cord and I could exchange for something else. When I returned I got a young lady who made sure I knew she was in control and manager. Told me go scram no box I wont do anything for you. I asked her can you really put this back on the shelf, or will Apple or BB need to service it? I just want to exchange in store. Smug look cant do anything for you sir. I spend thousands of dollars a year and have for years! Young lady you won the battle but lost the war. I will not step foot in another Best Buy again with many other options. Thanks for treating your customer like they matter!!!

It's a great laptop, the colours are crisp. My brother loves it.
