This laptop is great for everything, especially considering its portability. However, the experience I've had at a local BB (South Setauket, NY) was horrible, making it the WORST purchase I've made this year. The customer rep and store manager didn't know how to process the return, gave me false information that Apple laptops cannot be returned to the store, and showed unprofessional behavior to the customer. After this incident, I contacted online/phone customer service to confirm that I could return the laptop to the store. To avoid the same horrible experience, I went to a different store (Patchogue, NY) for a return, which took less than 3 minutes, and had a pleasant conversation with the rep.

BEST BUY delivered package in beaten up condition. I waited to go into the store before opening. I just want to exchange for exact item and they want me to pay increase as it is no longer on as much of a sale???? THEIR delivery is at fault. So now they want me to wait and see and maybe return it when return window is closer??? what???

This is the worst Apple laptop I have ever owned. It is much slower than a 2022 MacBook Pro with the M2 processor I have. The graphics are substandard for this laptop. The keyboard is sluggish and unresponsive. As now as it is the updates have been hit or miss. Unfortunately I allowed the Retrurn Period to expire, otherwise it would be in the box to go back to Best Buy. I cannot recomment this laptop. It’s time to rethink being a loyal Apple user.

Purchased this laptop and the keyboard became inoperative after a week (no drops/liquid damage was done). Apple replaced it with a new device. No issues with the new device, however I expected more with a new laptop.

I just picked up the MacBook Air 13-inch with the M4 chip from Best Buy, and honestly, it's fantastic. It's lightweight, lightning-fast, and the battery lasts me through an entire day of work and browsing. Even my heaviest multitasking hasn’t caused a skip in performance. The display is crisp and beautiful, and it fits seamlessly with my iPhone and iPad. Best Buy's team made it an easy and enjoyable purchase—highly recommend, but consider upgrading storage if you plan on saving lots of files.

Meh - it’s ok for the price. Managed to price match because Best Buy consistently overcharges.

You told me if I bought the Best Buy membership, when the MacBook I paid over 1100 for, goes on sale, I will be refunded 200 dollars. I’ve tried twice and no one knows what they are doing or what I’m speaking about!!!

My apple product are very good..they are very easy to use and handle.

I'm sure the macBook is ok. My issue is with the shipping. We purchased it on Saturday of labor day weekend. We didn't need it next day, but was promised it would arrive Sunday. I should have known better, but i stayed home all day waiting instead of enjoying the day. It was "signature required". The app said "arriving today" until 9:30 sunday night. Then it said arriving Tuesday, didn't happen. Finally got it Thursday. NEVER AGAIN.. bye...

Purchased as a gift for my daughter. Had Geek Squad take a look at her problem which appears to be hardware issues. I will have to exchange.

Battery lasts 3 hours. It's been this way since I bought it. Should have stayed with my old MacBook Pro. Waste of money.

The Apple MacBook Air with the M4 chip, which I recently bought has completely surpassed my expectations. Everything works flawlessly, whether I'm streaming, multitasking, or working on demanding apps. The performance is lightning quick. I can work for an entire day without worrying about charging, and the fanless design keeps it quiet. Highly recommended for professionals, students, and anyone who values performance and reliability.

Horrible. DO NOT TRUST anything Best Buy says. Signed up for the card and promised FREE NFL YOUTUBE well there was never a way to sign up.. Customer service SUCKS. Don't bother wasting money here.
