I am following up on Case ID #372485787 regarding a $200 refund check promised by Best Buy due to a price match issue. I have now received multiple conflicting statements from support. I was told the check was sent, yet no confirmation has been received to my correct email or mailing address. I was also given a 7–10 day timeline, which has now changed to an additional 2 weeks without explanation. This reflects a failure in both communication and fulfillment of a committed resolution. At this point, I am requesting: - Immediate confirmation of whether the $200 check has actually been issued - The exact issue date and mailing details - Reissuance or expedited processing due to the delay and misinformation If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this complaint through the Better Business Bureau and other consumer protection channels. I expect a clear and accurate resolution immediately.

Extremely bad service the guy that helped us in store put the wrong address when we told him it was the incorrect one when it supposely arrived it was in a different state. We went in store they told me to call and they told us they were gonna reship it between 2-4 days and it didnt do we had to call again. It arrived the 19th of January and we bouth it the 2nd of January. The computer runs really great.

Needed a new one for my wife and it’s the best computer.

When I was buying this lap top the sales guy seamed very aggravated that I didn't want to buy extras. The warranty which is a scam is one thing he tried to sell me when I turned it down he was no longer friendly. Also I'm disappointed the some things that use to be included when you buy a laptop are now $100 dollars extra PER YEAR. Im like "What"? RIP OFF!
