Apple needs to stop making products and calling them “new”. Don’t see much difference between this and the MacBook Air I was using for the past 7 years beside the outside. If Apple doesn’t start coming up with actual new concepts and ideas it might be time to look elsewhere for this same tech.

Don't trust Best Buy open-box! I ordered a computer said to be in "excellent" condition, but it showed up with a broken keyboard. Best Buy also refused to help me get another open-box computer.

I purchased this Apple Mac and could not use it . Kept calling Apple Customer Service. And Apple Customer Service was good, but they could not help me to get the Apple Mac to work. I could not open the screen icons at all. Purchased it , never could use it. I had to return it to Best Buy and purchased a Dell Labtop. Such awful experience with this Apple Mac.

Do not order online because they no do correctly and and the end they din’t want to give a refund and nothing they do on two time the same is terrible the not are responsible I no going to order no more for Best Buy

I have always used Apple products and loved them and my MacBook is no different! This is my first Mac, I have used Microsoft for all my laptops and already I am way more impressed with my Mac than any Surface laptop I've had. Perfect size and amazing quality. I would highly recommend!

Great laptop. The M4 chip is a beast and 24GB ram is a great upgrade.
