First one lasted 7 years, second one lasted 5 years - I did not need to upgrade but wanted to. I have never had an issue with my Macs. Best Buy was also very easy to deal with.

Perfect device for every age group

No cons as such.

Expensive but worth it.

Laptop is only used for High School homework and garage band but it works well and battery lasts a really long time. The only gripe I have about the laptop is how much it costs for upgrade RAM and storage - but I think everyone already knows how expensive that is.
