First time with a MacBook after using Windows for years. Definitely a learning curve but I am definitely glad I purchased. It's as advertised and is especially useful if you also have an Iphone.

The process here was easy and helpful. The sale Best Buy had made if possible for me to be able to get a new one. This computer had a better screen than I had before. I love the ability to unlock it with my finger.

I purchased this as 18th Birthday present for my youngest child. They were stressing over the purchase of a MacBook as they are preparing to go to college!! There are other MacBooks in the family already, and this will be the fastest as it is the newest. Overall my child is very happy with this, and I know and have all the confidence that this machine will exceed their expectations. Very happy with tis purchase ☺️ I would gladly do it again!!

Screen display is very clear and sound is crisp. I use this for work, volunteer commitment (making short videos) and just for fun and there is plenty of storage.

Good laptop

Compared to my M1 MacBook Pro, it’s holding up pretty well, even though there is a slight quality difference, it’s only slight and given that this is cheaper than the pros I can’t complain too much.
