What started out as a terrible experience became a wonderful one. I had purchased a refurbished Mac that was delivered to the store. Long story short, it was dented, scratched, and broken. Terrible. So I had to buy another wand wait ANOTHER week for it to be delivered. It was even worse. See the photos. HOWEVER, thanks to Alima, Danny and especially Tea (the manager at the West La store) I got a fantastic deal on this open box Mac (in blue) instead. Also see the photo! I personally went around the store to thank them all. Brilliant customer service from what had been a horrific experience.

Honest surprise use it for variety of task. Battery life is amazing and processing for light video and photo editing on the fly. Highly recommend !! amazing speakers and screen and the ability to add AppleCare is amazing  most manufacturers wouldn’t even back up their work. 

Works amazing after i needed a replacement. Not even that the customer service when i went to buy it was amazing and they helped me find the best deal. I love having everything easily accessible on my laptop

I always wanted one but didn't have the money to buy one, so when I started working I bought one with my first paycheck and it's the best purchase I've ever had and it's very useful for college and very light.

Love my new MacBook. Would highly recommend to everyone. Previously had MacBook Air M1 and switched to the M3. What a world of difference. Nothing wrong with the M1. Just gave that one to my daughter and purchased the M3 for what I needed to use it for. No complaints thus far.

I absolutely LOVE my MacBook Air. I upgraded from the 2019 and the battery life, resolution and refresh speed is amazing. It was the perfect laptop for me to start grad school.

Solid purchase! For schoolwork, comparability with windows software isn’t too bad, biggest thing is just the physical build. 1000% invest in a solid case, but love the portable, thin, and lightweight design.
