It’s okay but not really an upgrade for me coming from the pro.

The earlier version of this product was easier to use and faster on the internet and I’ve had diffulty with accessing several sites I’d been using. I don’t like how it automatically comes on when you open it after it’s screen is folded down

This product is excellent, with one major caveat: do not get the 8 gig model. If you have any more than 3 average apps running, your MacBook goes to a crawl. Mac offering an 8 gig model was a mistake. Everything else is excellent.

I am happy with the processing speed, quality and built of the product but the RAM is downside of this model.

Computer suddenly froze while pI was typing and wouldn’t reboot

I received this laptop as a gift for my husband. When he opened it it seemed already used. The “J” and “7” buttons don’t work and when we tried taking it back to the store to exchange it there were sooooo many issues. We ended up going to a different store after returning to the original store three times and the other store say the serial nubmer don’t match the box but they could clearly see it was the same computer. They finally got it and seen the correct serial number but then they wanted us to completely clear the computer but we explained it was never used. They wanted us to get rid of the Apple ID as well so I scheduled a Geek squad appointment but they couldn’t walk us through it or help us clear the Apple ID…. Needless to say I still have a laptop that don’t work properly and can’t do anything about exchanging it now.

I liked how sleek it was and the built quality but I not did like the speed, it was hanging too much even for small task and webpages were loading extremely slow so i had to return it.

This M3 Mac Air isn’t as good as the Pro. It’s cheaper, yes, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

I would love to write a review about the MacBook I purchased through BestBuy. The problem is that I have yet to receive the MacBook. I have enquired several times about the delivery and I have gone days without any type of update. Frustrated. Will probably not use BestBuy again.

I've been an avid HP user for 10 years. I attempted the switch over to MAC and didn't succeed in figuring it out. Maybe if I would have gave it a little more time but 3 weeks in and I still couldn't stand it.

This order was never delivered to my house and I am still waiting for a refund after speaking in the phone with 3 different agents in the last month.
