The macboor air has the perfect balance between power and weight. Great battery life!!

After living for a number of years thinking a tablet was sufficient, we began looking for a new machine after seeing ads for the new Neo. We realized that the Neo was underpowered for our future needs. This machine is awesome to be frank. The lone drawback is the sensitivity of the touch pad. It seems to have a mind of its own at times, but in reality it’s likely we haven’t developed the just-right habits yet.

Overall, this MacBook has significantly improved my productivity. It’s fast, reliable, efficient, and an excellent investment for any developer looking for a powerful machine that can handle demanding workloads with ease. Highly recommended.

Easy to use after learning new keystrokes and a few new methods after having an android for twenty years. Combined with siri and the ease of use and the quality of the keyboard and image on the screen.I recommend this to anybody who's interested in switching.

I snagged a great price on this Mac during a Memorial Day sale. For the price, the speed and predicted longevity of the computer cannot be beat. Our last Mac lasted 10+ years, and I'm hopeful this one will be the same.

I love this MacBook Air. It is equipped with everything I need to complete my tasks as both a college instructor and a master’s degree student. I purchased this laptop to replace an older version that I currently own. No regrets at all. I am extremely happy.

Great for doing schoolwork on, very fast and reliable

This is a really good laptop! In my opinion, she never overheats. Things don't take a lot of time to load. I can do school work with no problem, and if I want to play games or watch a show on it, it gives me no trouble. I'm really happy I chose this device; the fan never blares like other laptops, and the quality is superb. I love my laptop.

This laptop is my final step into the Apple eco-sphere, joining my iPhone, Apple Watch, and iPad. I am still on the learning curve with the laptop, but the performance and speed of this laptop absolutely screams. You can launch the various Microsoft Office 365 applications, one after the other, instantly with no pause. As with any Apple product, this one synched with all of my other devices flawlessly. This laptop also works perfectly with non-Apple products such as a docking station which snaps on to the left side, as well as a bluetooth keyboard/mouse combo. I hope to be further impressed with this MacBook Air as I use it longer term.

I recently decided to switch to apple because almost every laptop I purchase dies after a couple of years or starts to lag. So far I am LOVING this MacBook for my school work. It took a me a little while to get the hang of it being that I was. Samsung user before but now I have no issues with the MacBook! The battery is amazing and I love how customizable the screen is!

Very nice laptop. I was thinking about buying the Neo, but 8GB of ram didn't sit well for me. Iv'e been using a 2014 Macbook Pro with 8GB of ram. Wow what a difference in performance, so glad I went with the M5 16GB RAM Air. Spend the extra money.

been loving it. the display is so nice and the battery life lasts days for my usage.

Worked great no issues with the laptop in general. Can even handle some light gaming, video editing, aswell as it being great with photo editing. It does loose some speed while unplugged but its to little to notice.

For Months I was hesitant to purchase a MacBook because I already have an IPad mini (a17) and a Fully Built Custom Pc. I wanted something With A good amount of Power to Handle My School work, Web Browsing, watching Movies, and Editing Videos as I dabble into videography. This is exactly what I needed. So Far it runs Great with the M5. I needed a Laptop with these kind of Capabilities. It gets the job done.
