Great computer overall. Great for school or just simple use. The graphics are great if you wanted to play lower powered video games. Super lightweight.

I love this MacBook. My previous MacBook had a cracked screen and Best Buy had a great offer on this one. I am a writer and am on the machine for hours each day. The battery is great. The keyboard is excellent and the machine is very fast and powerful. Great deal.

Love my Mac computer! I refuse to use Windows computers anymore. The laptop is lightweight and does everything. Since I had a Mac previously that just died, it was super easy to transition to a new computer because everything was saved in my cloud.

Great computer with good speeds, my main computer is a M4 Macbook Pro 16." I added this computer to my workflow for portability. Love the MacBook Air, and the speed of the M5 chip is impressive, and I haven't hit any limitations on what I can't do.

This laptop is fast, light and performs very well with photo editing and video editing. I recently started a YouTube channel and video editing is so fast. Could not do that on a PC.

This model has 16 GB of RAM, and I wanted to see just how powerful it was. I installed VMware (free version) and loaded up Windows 11 and Ubuntu into their respective VM's. I then had each instance install the updates while I did development work (web developer - node.js local environment using VS (aka Code)). Yes, there was memory swapping to the SSD drive, but I didn't feel any sluggishness or slowdown. Each instance took about 45 minutes (not the fastest internet connection) to complete its updates. While the bottom of the air did get warm, it didn't throttle on me, or at least I didn't feel it, or it wasn't so extreme that it negatively impacted my workflow. I was really impressed. NOTE: I don't believe my setup really pushes the 8-core GPU in this test. If you do video editing for a living, where time is money, I would imagine you would opt for the higher-end MBP anyway, and are not likely to read this review. The main point of the test was to see what it would take to throttle the MBA. Coming from an Intel-based MBP where the fans are almost always running, I wasn't sure if I should stick with the Pro or if the Air would work for me. I don't routinely run 2 VMs even under my MBP with active cooling, but it's great to know I can if I need to. Unless you are doing heavy video editing, I would highly encourage trying out the MBA first. I think you'll be surprised. Oh, if you are concerned about the 13" screen size, you can bump up the resolution which makes things a little smaller on the screen but you can now see more on the screen. This is helpful when using VS Coder

This laptop performs the way expected! Once I got it setup and connected to my new monitor I went right to work. The operating system is intuitive, processing speed is great, keyboard is the right size and screen is clear and crisp, I couldn’t be happier.
