I recently decided to switch to apple because almost every laptop I purchase dies after a couple of years or starts to lag. So far I am LOVING this MacBook for my school work. It took a me a little while to get the hang of it being that I was. Samsung user before but now I have no issues with the MacBook! The battery is amazing and I love how customizable the screen is!

Very nice laptop. I was thinking about buying the Neo, but 8GB of ram didn't sit well for me. Iv'e been using a 2014 Macbook Pro with 8GB of ram. Wow what a difference in performance, so glad I went with the M5 16GB RAM Air. Spend the extra money.

Overall great laptop. Functions great and looks so sleek. Definitely recommend

Worked great no issues with the laptop in general. Can even handle some light gaming, video editing, aswell as it being great with photo editing. It does loose some speed while unplugged but its to little to notice.

I like its light weight, clear display, and good performance.

I love it! It's elegant and fast! It comes with 512GB of memory. The battery was good the first week. The second week, a bit of a drop. I'm not sure if that's normal. Now it only lasts around 6-8 hours / charge for a full Zoom call.

- the product itself is perfect works the same as the one i bought from the apple store! - i use it for college so it’s always on the go and always being used - i play some games like roblox and minecraft and it runs really well - but the workers were absolutely my fav, had me laughing from the moment i walked in. they understood what i didn’t want to wait 3 hours for an estimate on my broken screen and simply asked around what the average would be. i ofc had to bite the bullet and buy a new one bc i also bent the frame. the workers were hilarious and very helpful! turned a few hour ordeal into minutes. 10/10 would recommend.

For Months I was hesitant to purchase a MacBook because I already have an IPad mini (a17) and a Fully Built Custom Pc. I wanted something With A good amount of Power to Handle My School work, Web Browsing, watching Movies, and Editing Videos as I dabble into videography. This is exactly what I needed. So Far it runs Great with the M5. I needed a Laptop with these kind of Capabilities. It gets the job done.

I've been using this MacBook Air for several weeks, and it has exceeded my expectations. I've been a Mac / Apple user for my entire career. Because Best Buy is an authorized Apple dealer, I went to the store on 5th Ave and E. 44th to buy my 13-inch MacBook Air: a wonderful little computer that is speedy and efficient. I also bought Microsoft 365 so that I could use WORD and Outlook. I'm a very happy Best Buy / Mac customer!

I love the slim sleek look of this laptop, it hits every mark for college schooling and origination for a busy person. Easy to use and set up, walks you through everything you need to know. Worth the money.

for the price, this is a great laptop. I do wish the screen was as good as the pro since the pro has so many other features. I thought the speaker in the fold would bother me but it isn't a problem. powerful little thing.

I am an apple fan and have been for decades. The computers just work, are reliable, and I just love them. This one is no exception. That it was an open box item in excellent condition was a plus.

I was looking at this product at the Apple Store, then on a whim checked Best Buy and realized they had a better price! Adding to the convenient factor, there was no long wait in a line and I was able to pick it up quickly with no problem at all. This machine has all the memory and storage I need (and more, honestly), and Apple laptops tend to last 6-7+ years for me, so hoping this machine has the same track record. I especially like the keyboard -- it's better than the last Apple laptop model I owned. So far so good, and I would highly recommend if it fits the specs you need!

This is a great laptop. I just needed it for work and only and only work and it’s great. Our system is very heavy and this computer handles it with no issue. So crisp and clear too. Just wish speakers were louder.
