    If I do not shut the computer fully with the Apple icon, only by closing the computer by folding it when I come to open it up again it is frozen. I have to shut it down by keeping my finger on the fingerprint reader.

    When I bought this laptop, I thought that it would be easy to navigate. For a lot of people this may be so. For me, not so much. I find it a little difficult to use. I’m so used to the Windows format. I haven’t made a lot of time using the Mac but I have to make do with the $1200 plus purchase. I should have bought an upper mid-range Windows machine for half the cost. I should have done more research. I’m sure that people who know what they are doing would like this laptop. I don’t hate it, I just don’t care for the operating system.

    I was really tired of all the confusion and complications regarding passwords, passcodes, etc. The MacBook Air seemed to offer some control of that situation. I think it will once I figure it out.
