    nice laptop but we ordered a black one and we got silver and had to return it and pay a fee, but called best buy and they credited my account

    The product was really good to use.It was an open box excellent condition MacBook but it felt like a new one,only issue I faced was with FedEx delivery having some confusions but other than that it was perfectly fine and I loved the discount on it,it made me want to buy it more.
