Bigger screen is best

MacBook Air 15-inch M3

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded my 7-year-old MacBook Air (13.3" 1.8GHz Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, 256GB Hard drive, High Sierra 10.13.6, $1199 from the Apple Store) for this beauty! (MacBook Air 15.3" M3, 16GB RAM, 256GB Hard drive, Sequoia 15.3.2, $999 from BestBuy). I had a nice run with MacBook purchased in 2018 but long overdue for an upgrade. I'm very pleased.

Lightweight & reliable 1st MAC, but with one Gripe

The lightweight and reliability of this computer is great. BUT, I must say, one of my biggest disappointments is the 16gb of RAM is NOT enough. I do alot of browsing (I'm the guy that has 20 tabs open at once). This drains the battery substantially using Chrome to where I have to constantly force close programs because it freezes up. If I had to do it all over again, I would get a device that has 24 or 32gb minimum.
