    This was a great laptop for the price, but I needed more RAM. Best Buy in Cedar Park let me exchange it with zero hassle & let me upgrade to the MacBook Pro!

    Was real satisfied with the experience of buying the apple Laptop! I also couldn't get the word program to work for me and went into the store and the guy standing at the front door helped me setup the word program! The best buy put the Laptop and word program on sale and got a rebate as well!!!

    Bought for my 13 year old for school and entertainment. We are an Apple household so this fit in seamless into our home ecosystem. I've been a Windows guy for 40 years so this was a change for me but not for my 13 year old. Got it for Christmas so time will tell how it holds up.

    Big upgrade from my old mac laptop. My only complaint is that I thought the Starlight color would be more gold, but it is only ever so slightly warmer than the standard silver color to the point where it is barely noticeable.
