RUN AWAY.....

Hated the original purchase of this Mac book laptop! I was a Windows person, my son decided I would like this..... I have tried to give this thing away... Glad I got the keyboard and mouse. I tried to give it away. NoBody wanted it. Now I get an invoice for $488.00. I don't even know why or how... I have checked my Disc and V. cards. I don't even see where they charged me. Now Best Buy changed to a 15 day return. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO BEST BUY....RUN, SAVE YOURSELF.

Disappointing In Store Experience

My rating is based on poor customer service and that the way I asked to pay for the purchase was changed to a different method which kept me from earning my Reward Points. After several days of phone calls and in person visits with being told misinformation, the issue cannnot be resolved nor the Reward Points earned. Should have just purchased on line and skipped the in store hassle.
