This is my 3rd Mac purchase in the past 8 years. I've had the desktop and 2 laptops. It serves its purpose. I love the HD quality of this new MacBook. However, it comes equipped with PAGES, and that program is inherently more complicated than it has to be. The microsoft bundle that includes word and excel is much more user friendly in my opinion.
