The original sales man messed up my financing and order & 2 hours later it was resolved thanks to another worker a young lady who stayed with me to help me finish my purchase because the young man had messed up my information on my finance application otherwise would have been 5 stars

good but it's easy to be broken. The display is not safe.

Finally got a keyboard and mouse for this Laptop. Hated the original purchase of this Mac book laptop! I was a Windows person, my son decided I would like this..... I have tried to give this thing away... Glad I got the keyboard and mouse. I tried to give it away. NoBody wanted it. Now I get an invoice for $488.00. I don't even know why or how... I have checked my Disc and V. cards. I don't even see where they charged me. Now Best Buy changed to a 15 day return. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO BEST BUY....RUN, SAVE YOURSELF.

I loved it, it makes my work easier and more enjoyable because of its functions.

I have no problem with the product, after all it's an Apple computer . . . the quality speaks for itself. My rating is based on poor customer service and that the way I asked to pay for the purchase was changed to a different method which kept me from earning my Reward Points. After several days of phone calls and in person visits with being told misinformation, the issue cannnot be resolved nor the Reward Points earned. Should have just purchased on line and skipped the in store hassle.

The seal was broken on the computer box when I received it

I bought this from Best Buy in Tampa, FL. The battery runs down very quickly and charges very slowly. Even though I also bought 'My Best Buy Plus' and I'm within the return window, they still refuse to help me because I'm out of the country. There doesn't even seem to be a way to file a complaint, so the customer service and support is useless. I now basically have a paperweight. Thanks Best Buy, I'll never buy from you again!

Overall it excels at what I need it for. Great battery lasts all day and more, great screen, good storage and ram so I can basically have as many tabs as I want open and still haven't seen any slowdown. The only thing is excel. If you are getting this for a lot of work and you deal with excel you might want to consider another option especially if you are coming from the windows ecosystem like I was. The shortcuts are learnable but they aren't as good as the ones on windows. Other than that no complaints.

Bought a MacBook (on sale) for my wife for Christmas. I wasn’t sure which color she would like so I asked a worker if I would be able to do an exchange after Christmas for a different color. I was told yes, and there would be no additional charge for the exchange. Fast forward a couple weeks. We go in to exchange the laptop for a different color and now they say they won’t honor the sale so I would have to pay the extra 200$ to do the exchange. So don’t take the workers words for what they say, disappointed with the outcome so we returned the laptop all together instead….

Got a used MacBook with 13 battery cycles even though I purchased a new MacBook. this is totally unacceptable. I contacted apple and even they are surprised

Too long of wait time for delivery. Will shop Amazon next time.

The service I initially received from the salesman was so bad.(as I started getting emails from BestBuy I realized he was just plain lying to me) I returned the purchase. I will say that when I went to the store to return the computer, the store staff was very professional and very apologetic.

I can’t get it to work. My emails are stuck in the outbox and I lost my contacts. Now the computer won’t shut down. I’m sorry that I bought this.

Returned it definitely not worth the money or hassle. It will not work with programs that they say it will work with.

Order was delivered seamlessly to my house. Best Buy has one of the best prices for Apple computer computers. Not sure how but they must have some type of agreement with Apple. So far the computer has worked seamlessly super light, battery seems to last longer, etc.

Works beautifully. Display is crisp and it is quick and responsive. Super light and easy to take with me. Highly recommend.
