purchased Mac Book for power point. It was not compatible with Microsoft PP presentations already crated. Went back to the Apple store and Best Buy for assistance. Had to return the MacBook.

Purchased as a gift come to find out they just got one. So went to return it today 1/19/26 and BEST BUY says its out of return window. Item was never taken out of the box.

The MacBook Air 15-inch with the M4 chip is a solid laptop for everyday use. The 15-inch screen is nice if you want a bit more space to work, and the Starlight color is clean and looks great. The M4 chip gives it smooth performance for things like browsing, streaming, and light productivity. It’s lightweight, so easy to carry around, and the battery life is pretty solid too. If you don’t need something super high-powered but want a reliable, good-looking laptop, this one’s a solid pick.

I spend more than one hour trying to buy and at the end they cancell it and couldn’t do the order again. It was a waste of time.

This is the worse service I have ever had. I never got my order but I got my money refunded.

This was purchased off if my stolen debit card number. Who ever was working that day when the person picked it up didnt do their job.

I have no idea it is a Christmas gift but the $999 price I paid has now dropped so I got ripped off as usual at Best Buy.

unsure at this point. questionable performance. glitches a lot.

I would just go to Apple. They are very useless here. At least Apple will help you and go over things.

As a teacher, my MacBook has been a game changer. It’s fast, reliable, and the battery lasts for DAYS. It has made many aspects of planning and organizing much easier. Plus, it’s lightweight enough to carry around without a hassle. Couldn’t imagine teaching without it!

My order is two weeks late as of today. I got my first bill but no product yet very disappointed as this ruined my daughter's graduation gift i was told it would be here on time that was a lie.

much to tedious to operate for me. extra key operations to accomplish simple effects. there was no bridge offered for me to connect my windows spreadsheet to the mac spreadsheets.

Was excited about the Mac book until I started to use it. One has to be a rocket scientist to figure this out. Return it and got a HP Omni book. Thumbs up on it.

Great computer if I had it. Ordered March 12th and its March 28th. After talking to many online best buy reps none can figure out why my order hasn't shipped or refund me.

I’ve been wanting a new laptop to start writing again. The problem is I work on a computer all day long, and wanted a non-Windows laptop. Every time I think about buying a MacBook Air, I decide to wait for the next model. Well, this is the one. It will last me For years to come. Very powerful, great battery life, and I can flip the switch from work to creativity by going with Apple over Windows.

Great computer, really slim, and also very fast. The colors are very nice, and also the usability with other apple products.

This mac is highly exceptional, I never saw myself buying a Macbook because of how bad the intel chip macs were. However with the new M series processors they outperform Windows computers at the same price point that are designed for office work. Highly recommended to anyone starting their career

I have this computer and I think it’s a great size and light. I definitely recommend.
