    We have not opened the box however the online chat help I got was priceless. They did everything from checking for competitors lower price to warranty conversation. They were amazing!!! We will always come to Best Buy 1st!!

    Excellent laptop. Only flaws leading to 4 stars are no touchscreen, and proprietary charging plug where a USB-C would have worked just fine. No other issues so far. For the price, I suppose this was the best buy.

    I love my new laptop. Great choice when looking for an upgrade. Ordered to be shipped to the house and package came undamaged and just fine!! Also got my laptop cheaper then apple was selling it and it was brand new. I got mine in the color starlight… beautiful color, sort of like a gold and silver mix, light gold!!
