Excellent service and support from Geek Squad who helped me with deciding which laptop was best for me.

Upon opening the laptop I was concerned. It turned on immediately, which surprised me as my ancient Mac Book Pro had to be booted up by pushing on the power button; as did all my previous Apple computers. This was not concerning, just unexpected. The concern came into play when I saw the keypad which is composed of black key caps that are the exact same color as the keyboard area. With my visual problems it was very difficult to clearly see each individual key for ease of use. Had an example of this keyboard style been on display I would have not bought this model. It took two frustrating attempts to return the laptop and exchange for the original color I had asked to purchase, at no extra cost.

The MacBook Air 15-inch with the M4 chip is a solid laptop for everyday use. The 15-inch screen is nice if you want a bit more space to work, and the Starlight color is clean and looks great. The M4 chip gives it smooth performance for things like browsing, streaming, and light productivity. It’s lightweight, so easy to carry around, and the battery life is pretty solid too. If you don’t need something super high-powered but want a reliable, good-looking laptop, this one’s a solid pick.

It is a good purchase, since it’s my first time using Apple computer it is a little challenging.
