    I was really tired of all the confusion and complications regarding passwords, passcodes, etc. The MacBook Air seemed to offer some control of that situation. I think it will once I figure it out.

    My screen is bent. It will not shut all the way, without a gap between it. Other than that it is a good computer.

    I’ve had my Mac Air M3 for a few months now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the worst pieces of equipment I’ve owned. I used to have a Mac Pro 2015 which lasted me 10 years. I don’t think this Mac air will last me more than 3. When I run intensive programs like Zoom or other busy websites, within a few minutes, this laptop struggles. I’ve used Mac Air from 2020 that could handle Zoom better than this. The laptop works well but my gosh the lack of a fan and poor cooling system makes this laptop a headache. At 16GB, this thing starts to overheat with Zoom and Chrome combined, as an example. I used to have an 8GB laptop that can handle more than this miserable software. Idk if the 15 in display is just more demanding of energy, but the fact is with no actual cooling system, this thing is not built to run multiple programs without struggling. Worse investment I’ve made in a while. Look elsewhere!!

    I really like my MacBook 15” laptop. I have noticed that sometimes my computer doesnt recharge the next morning. Is theire a sofwater update that can fix that issue? Also the power cord isn’t long enough.

    the only thing that I don't like is that you can't always use your fingerprint to log into the Macbook. Other than that, this is a great product.

    Pick up info was not very communicative. Pick up info not provided untill the day of pick up evening. When called was told order has not been received at store but no ETA on when they will get order
