Color wasn't what i was expecting so i returned it for a cheaper one of another olor. Looks more gray than blue but I'm sure it works just as well as the others

Was real satisfied with the experience of buying the apple Laptop! I also couldn't get the word program to work for me and went into the store and the guy standing at the front door helped me setup the word program! The best buy put the Laptop and word program on sale and got a rebate as well!!!
