I finally got with the program and got my first MacBook, previous owner of a Surface Pro 7. Despite the lack of face recognition capability, very pleased with this purchase! The fingerprint in lieu of the face recognition, is just fine. It runs so smooth and fast, never going back to Microsoft.

Clearest and Sharpest computer ever had. Best Buy salespeople were sharp and knowledgeable They were patient in explaing all features of thr Mac to a first time owner. Would go nowearelse to purchase any tech product

This is a fantastic laptop. 99% of people don't need more. The only thing you would maybe need more of is, a larger SSD. But that can be resolved for half the price by using an USB 3 drive.

Very satisfied with the Mac Book Air. Learning curve coming from Windows to IOS has not been too hard to overcome. Battery life seems pretty good. Would definitely recommend this computer.

I am more than satisfied with my MacBook purchase. This is coming from a lifelong PC user switching to MacBook. Obviously, there is a natural learning curve for legacy PC users which is going really well with easily accessible and understandable guidance, coaching, tips, and other. I am looking forward to being a savvy MacBook user!

Well not sure what to comment on . Product is made by Apple so yes i was interested in new technology. Delivery had some hick-ups ( even it said signature is required they left it ) but that was Fedex . I end up returning it to Best Buy becouse i buy a to little memory so it did not work for me. Return was quick and painless ( that is why 5 starts)

So happy with my purchase! Purchased this for my son who needed it for school. His prior MacBook pro died after 8 years, so we had to replace it. Everything works well. The color is beautiful. The lady who helped me with my purchase was also so helpful, and fantastic!

Went in for a specific computer, it was not in stock. The gentleman ended up finding one that was gently used. Less expensive than what our budget was also which was perfect! It was an apple 13 Mac. So far no issues we love it!
