I have had a few challenges since I have always used Windows. I do like Apple Care team they walk you thru what needs to be done instead of just doing it. I also like the security that Apple has built in.

So far, I am very pleased. The keyboard and glide pad are positioned for both ease of use and comfort. I will be using this MacBook Air for writing and believe it will do everything I need it to.

Premium priced, but great laptop

The screen is outstanding and detailed, albeit a bit small, so I'm glad that I opted for the 15" vs. 13" model.

The box has scuffs and marks and maybe it can look like damaged but the laptop inside and the accessories are literally brand new and I was able to smell that brand new chemical fragrance out of my Macbook.
