The tech service was outstanding. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. The technician was very professional and my Mac has not needed any updates! My expectation was to simply plug it in once I got home! Great job!

Lots of good quality an good work you can possibly do on it. For the con: I would be careful buying a used one which I bought. An right after my 2nd week using it the whole computer blew up with viruses an said contact Apple. (Really weird an covering)

Why no touchscreen?

I finally took the plunge and picked up a MacBook Air 15, thinking it would be a step up. Instead, what I ended up with was an oversized cell phone without the benefit of a touchscreen. Without a separate mouse, this thing is borderline useless on too many websites. Sure, it's great if you want a laptop that works seamlessly with your iPhone, but that's about the beginning and end of the positive aspects. My bottom line is this, If I could magically reverse time, I would not buy this thing again. Without a touchscreen, it's pathetic.
