Mac is excellent, nice size screen and keyboard. Easy to maneuver to different sites and all my favorites. 2nd Mac I've had and will continue with apple products.

I have use Apple computers for years and never had a problem. I am no computer genius, so when I had some trouble of my own making, Apple support answered the phone and helped me correct my mistakes. I cannot say the same for Microsoft when I was using a pc. I have purchased many computers and phones from Best Buy over the years and I have noticed employees seem to know much less about the products they sell now than they did in the 1990s.

Awesome machine! Took a little getting used to after using an HP for 10 years! But now I really like it and am comfortable with it. Fast as heck too!

Wow, just wow!!! I went from the MacBook Air 2020 (M1) to this and IT'S AMAZING. I wanted to go with the Pro but I didn't have the money to spend. I also needed a bigger screen and I must say this is the perfect friend for me.

This laptop is very fast compared to my I7 16gigs of ram PC. It took awhile to get used to a new operating system but it is worth it.

The sales associate was very helpful and answered all the questions we asked. The only thing that caught my attention was that after we purchased the product, they just handed it to us in the box. They gave us a bag only after we asked for one, which was a bit surprising. Also, we weren’t given any coupons or promotions for a future purchase. It would have been nice if something like that had been offered.

Great laptop. After owning dozens of windows laptop, battery life has been a big improvement! I'm hoping for future software compatibility so MacOS can really excel. This will be good for the basics or if it works for the software you use on a daily basis. For gaming, look elsewhere.
