After I was able to ordered online and for store pick-up. My daughter was able to speak with the Best Buy associate and was able to the her laptop the same day. We had great customer service and the employee that helped us went above and beyond. My daughter mentioned that she was able to transferred her icloud backpack from her Macbook Pro to her Macbook Air.

The sales gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to have comparisons and took our time to think about it before we made the purchase. It was a very helpful and good experience..
