The experience was flawless. My knowledgable sales rep listened carefully to my requirements and addressed all of my questions. Moreover, the BB Geek Squad rep set up my computer as I requested. Accordingly, I achieved a Best Buy.

The sales rep answered all of my questions when I came in to buy a windows laptop. He saw I had an iphone and explained how easy the interface is with a Macbook and similar to the way I use my iphone. He was right! I am so glad he was there to guide me with my purchase!

I had a 2012 MacBook Pro that was still going strong but wasn't compatible with the current operating system, so I needed an upgrade. I'm so glad I bought this one! It was reasonably priced (better than refurbished ones) and much lighter than the Pro.

Laptop Switch

It's taking me a while to learn the Apple system, but it's going to be great once I get it all down. It was recommended to me by friends and they were right!

We easily transferred all my information from my other mac to this one with no trouble. It is a very nice laptop--lightweight. I love how you use your fingerprint to get into the computer. I got the midnight color. Like it so far. It does show smudges. I'm sure as I use it more I will like it even better than I do now. The speed is excellent.
