For some reason cannot connect a second monitor using a VGA to HDMI convertor. Went on sale one day after return date. Had to upgrade to better best buy membership at $50 which is auto renewable. They said I could cancel that auto renew, but calling BB customer support they said I cannot turn off auto renew.

We like our iPhones so that was one of the main reasons we got this laptop. like the way it syncs to our phones and other devices.
