Great product. Super clear display. Easy set up . Perfect size.

Received the item during sale. It looks amazing and runs just as well. M4 chip is phenomenal, love the option for a bigger screen, and the new base RAM amount allowed for a storage upgrade without breaking the bank or needing to compromise on the specs.

I would not buy an open box item again. Although the laptop was advertised as excellent condition it did not contain all the accessories. I had to go to the physical store to fix the issue. The customer service team could not help me at all. I did not receive an original Apple charger and had to get an off brand as that what was offered at the store. It makes me wonder if I actually received a laptop that was in excellent condition as described. My only other option was to return it and I needed a laptop so that wasn’t an option.

Fast smooth and excellent battery life. The only thing is it might not be bright enough for outside use on direct sunlight. Would need the pro for that.

The MacBook Air 15 in-Laptop with the Apple M4 chip is perfect for what I need to do my banking and research and viewing occasional movies. I used Apple products all the time when I was teaching school. I am a retired teacher and I love Apple technology because it make my life a lot more enjoyable.

Great laptop. Bi enough but not too big. Easily portable. Works great and easy to set up. This laptop has made my life a lot easier. Enjoying using it.

Love it, coming from an M1 MacBook Pro and the performance is better. The screen quality is fantastic and applications perform snappy. I was between this, or an iPad with the Magic Keyboard, I’m very glad I bought the MacBook Air!

Amazing, lightweight laptop. Apps and web pages load fast, the battery charges quickly and lasts long, and the keyboard and trackpad are reliably responsive. Perfect device for productive research and writing.

The purchase was an open-box item that came with a charger. I'm convinced they stole it at the store was flying out of town the same day and didn't notice until I was at the airport, forced to buy a charger for over $150, I asked the clerk at Best Buy what is wrong with it he didn't even bother to say it was missing a charger for what the total came out to i might as well bought a brand new one lesson learned.

Best Buy had exactly what I needed in a pinch. The product was as described and the price point was comparable. This laptop has been perfect for my college student. The speed, display and features are perfect.

This is my first Mac. Across the years, I had always been a Windows user. While I am still getting used to the command key combinations, I am thoroughly happy with my MacBook Air, most especially how quickly it ‘boots up’. I also appreciate how fast the processor is and how efficiently apps run. Overall, I’m glad I switched.
