    The App;e unit is very different than what I have been using for the past 50 years. It will require a significant amount of time to become familiar with how to use it.

    There was basically no help to set it up, so I had to pay the store (not sure of the amount...$200, $300?) to join a maintenance plan, only, they couldn't get it set up for me, so I had to drive to the Apple Store in Lancaster to have it set up...for free! Since I don't live local to the Best Buy Store, or the Apple Store....that was a lot of driving back and forth for what could have been a simple start to the program.
