Wonderful laptop meeting all my expectation. Did have to change because of the USB differences but this is survivable!

I really enjoyed the new MacBook Air. While the computer is really powerful and my user experience was flawless, the 15 inch was a too big for me.

Only problem was you need to purchase external speakers

I initially wanted a Microsoft Serface and a salesman talked me into an Apple MacBook. Download from my old computer, the Microsoft OS to the Apple OS was less successful than what I expected. Individual files were spread in different areas and not in their folders. It was labor intensive to move them one by one into folders. I spent too much time trying to configure the computer to my ET-3850 printer. After research I found out the specific Apple MacBook has no driver to work with my printer rendering the MacBook useless to me. I returned it and received a full refund and purchased a Microsoft Surface. Slightly less expensive and more ports built into the Surface with the same footprint. It specifically includes a standard USB port I can use to download pictures and files from several flash drives. The Apple product I’m sure is a solid product and is a fit for many users, but not for me. My Microsoft Surface purchase download fantastic, and configured easily with my ET-3850. I’m happy!!

I have been a long time Geek Squad member and have always been satisfied with Best Buy until this order placed for a MacBook Air 15-inch sky-blue at the Best Buy Belmar outlet in Denver. None was in stock, so sales rep Fernando ordered one to be sent to our home (80 miles away in the mountains, but the closest Best Buy store). It arrived on time, but when we opened it, it turned out to be the wrong color. We consulted with Best Buy online and were told no big deal, just send it back and they would send back the identical item in the correct color. We returned the item and Best Buy online confirmed receiving it. However, the identical item was priced at about $200 more than we had just paid for it. But I should call the Belmar store because the manager could meet the price we paid. I was given the phone number to reach the store directly. I was told that I should just leave a message on the store voicemail and someone would get back to me in a few hours. I have left five voicemails over a two week period, asking to speak with the manager, or in the later voicemails, any other store reps. I have never heard from any of them. How can this be considered responsive or responsible customer relations? I did receive a refund for the MacBook that was returned, but due to the distance to Best Buy, I have still not resolved the replacement issue.

This was a gift. So any comments from me would be useless. I haven’t used it.

Bought this laptop in November 2025, and one month later, the screen is broken. It is defective, and Best Buy will not replace the laptop. They are giving us the run-around and sending us to Apple. We have a Geek Squad membership, and still, we can not get a new laptop. Very poor customer service. Next time we will just buy from Apple instead.

Not really a product. I would recommend unless you’re doing light work for what I do. I need a pro but at Italia you’re getting with a 15 inch screen versus paying 4000 5000 for the 15 inch pro screen that’s a good value. It’s kind of slow and the memory will be taken off even if you get the five 1216 gig configurations or anything like that you’re always

The Mac Book was fine but the scam they sold us on was we would get 150 USD credit if we opened a BestBuy credit and spent 1000 USD or more. We bought this in August 2025 at the Portsmouth NH store and I've called Best Buy several times on this and I just get the run-around. I closed the credit card today and will go to Amazon for my business.

I purchased a new Apple MAC laptop under the premise of being able to move my documents currently stored on an external hard drive that used Windows. Disaster.. pictures didn’t move and even an excel document was only half there! It’s going back!

The MacBook exceeded my expectations. It’s incredibly fast, lightweight, and the screen is crystal clear. Battery life lasts all day, and multitasking is seamless. Perfect for work, creative projects, and everyday use. Absolutely worth it!

Have not started this yet due to illness recovery.

I've had it for a few days now and the battery has been good so far. It's very light; even lighter than 14in Pro. Debated between the 14in MBP and this 15in. Just fyi, the screen size for the 15in Air is more close to the the 16in Pro than the 14in Pro is to the 15in Air.

The MacBook is an outstanding value at an amazing price. I depend on this laptop daily and it works extremely well. The only negative would be the lack of video and USB ports, but there is a device I bought that plugs into the MacBook and addresses this.

I love the way my laptop came to me in one piece. The color was very beautiful oh and the price , definitely couldn’t beat it . From here on out I will be shopping for all of my appliances and electronics from the next to ever do it ,Best Buy .
