Great purchase. I upgraded from a 2018 MacBook Pro to this and wouldn't look back.

This is a great computer. I do think Apple has made it more difficult to integrate google products though, which is a nuisance.

This product is terrible. Don't waste your money on a Mac Book Air. The sound quality is worthless. Sounds like a speaker in a closed box. The screen quality has a yellowish tint. Save your money and go with the Pro model. You will be much more pleased. My current Mac Book Pro is 13 years old and is much better quality than this new Air model.

Difficulty to operate just for general looking up my mail, text messages, surfing the web.

The learning curve is a bit steep, especially when changing from Windows to iOS, such as creating videos and slideshows with imported music from my external hard drive. It seems that Apple has a long way to go in this area.

I indeed liked the MacBook Air Laptop very much and it is being very useful for my studies.

I went to pickup in-store but was unable to even though the item was there due to a poor purchasing process where I paid online, payment was accepted. I was then given instruction to pick-up and drove 30+ miles for pickup. Once I got there, I was told that there was an additional step for processing: a phone call verification to verify purchase! I was already there and missed the call therefore I was unable to pickup my laptop that was there. I had to return the following day for a total for 120 miles to pickup my item. Terrible process!!!

No Bluetooth what the this is crazy i had to return this computer because it didn't have the features that I needed why would I need a computer without Bluetooth?

This item keeps getting deleted or lost in shipment. This is very disappointing for such a high ticket item for which you have already charged me. I still need the laptop though and it’s still not here after so many days nor is there an update as to why this is delayed

laptop is fine as you would expect but dont believe bestbuy when it comes time to getting your 3 months of appletv or apple music, suddenly they say its not included, typical lying bestbuy

I purchased this online and paid for it and then they get back to me several days later and say you cannot be delivered to the store

The key board stoped working after 33 days no warranty after 30 days

I made the switch from Windows-based PCs to Apple with this purchase and am really happy with that decision. The laptop is really fast, boots up quickly, has good battery life and is very reliable. It was very easy to transfer my files from my old laptop, and I love that it communicates with my iPhone and Apple Watch. It also weighs a fraction of what my old one did, so that’s nice too!
