My experience has been good the Best Buy staff were knowledgeable and help me decide which configuration would meet my needs and my budget. The Geek Squad was helpful in transitioning all of my info and programs from my M1 Pro to the Air. The trade-in of my Pro brought everything into my budget

Larger screen is worth the upgrade in price.

I use this computer daily for work and it's great. I get lots of text messages from my team throughout the day, so making the switch from PC to Mac, for this reason alone, helps keep me productive and less distracted by needing to pick up my phone every so often.
