FedEx delivery service is the WORST.

Best Buy has always been great, but this time, I'm rating the delivery service with a NEGATIVE rating. On the first attempt, I received notice that no one was available to sign for the delivery. The driver never got off his truck and, of course, did not ring the doorbell either. I know this because I was home, and I received the alert from my Ring camera that detected the delivery truck, which stopped and then left. I called a minute after the truck left and complained about this. The second delivery attempt, I had to stay by the window all morning, and when the delivery truck arrived, the driver did the exact same thing, so I ran out of the house as the truck driver was getting ready to leave. I will not buy anything that needs to be delivered to my house using FedEx....

Bells and whistles

It was very easy to do initial set-up .i love the color choices and that the 15” components are light weight. The screen quality is bright and sharp.

It naturally is a very competent system with plenty of ram and storage, and feels very similar to the last one. Let's hope for another 10 years on this Air.
