The sound quality is worthless. Sounds like a speaker in a closed box. The screen quality has a yellowish tint. Save your money and go with the Pro model. You will be much more pleased. My current Mac Book Pro is 13 years old and is much better quality than this new Air model.

I was then given instruction to pick-up and drove 30+ miles for pickup. Once I got there, I was told that there was an additional step for processing: a phone call verification to verify purchase! I was already there and missed the call therefore I was unable to pickup my laptop that was there. I had to return the following day for a total for 120 miles to pickup my item. Terrible process!!!

This is very disappointing for such a high ticket item for which you have already charged me. I still need the laptop though and it’s still not here after so many days nor is there an update as to why this is delayed
