Very thin light weight for a '15.3 macbook air... easy carry with me on the go

Bought this to replace a 2020 Intel-based macbook pro model, which had been giving me trouble with heating issues, slowness of processor, non-existent battery life, and various other problems. THIS MACBOOK IS LEAPS AND BOUNDS BETTER THAN THE OLD INTEL-BASED MODELS (and even the subsequent M1's!). Highly recommend the M3, superior in a vast number of ways, including awesome battery life, speedy and seamless processing for even difficult tasks (audio/vido, gaming, web streaming, etc.). Includes a dedicated HDMI port, which is clutch since you don't need to use a USB-C "dongle" to connect for presentations any longer. Must buy for those replacing old Macbook Pros!

Great for travel! Good battery life and light. Fits my large bag/purse. Display is amazing for watching videos.

Best Apple laptop that I’ve had to date. The combination of an M3 processor and 16GB RAM with 512GB storage makes it run ultra-fast, quietly and smoothly. Very happy with the 15 inch screen as well.

Best computer I’ve ever owned. I go through a LOT of data for work and have multiple programs open at once while doing so — and this thing doesn’t stutter. Worth every penny especially for the new iPhone mirroring feature! I can have my daughter’s nursery monitor on while I am in a meeting so I can see if she’s getting upset / the nanny needs a hand. Love that! Also — I can go a whole day plus without charging this beast!

This is the second Apple desk top computer I have owned. The first lasted ten years and still works. Easy to use, fast, and gets what I need done.

I’ve been using this MacBook Air for a few weeks and I love it. It’s super fast, very light, and the screen looks amazing. The battery lasts all day, and the M3 chip handles everything I need—browsing, video calls, and even some light editing. The Midnight color is sleek but does show fingerprints a bit. Overall, it’s a great upgrade!

Super fast, light and always cool (no overheating). Since I travel a lot; this Mac is very convenient to take anywhere. My previous MacBook was an INTEL one and this is way much better.

Great computer, blows every other laptop out of the water. The battery life is outstanding. I was thinking about getting one of the new Copilot PC’s, as they advertised all-day battery life on a Windows computer. However, to get that battery life, you have to change a lot of setting in the computer. The MacBook Air just works and is incredibly efficient. Fan less design makes it incredibly thin, and it never gets hot, even when doing intensive tasks. Even though the 16GB model is expensive, it’s worth it to get a little bit of future proofing.

Great battery life fast and I live the larger screen.

Much faster than older Mac Pro. Lighter than pro model but still sturdy. There is lots of memory! FYI Midnight color does show fingerprints.

Should have gotten this sooner. Performs very well, is very light, and the battery lasts me all day unplugged under heavy usage.

These are very powerful and will do a lot of things that use to require a macbook pro. I've edited hour long videos on these with premiere pro with great success. Apple finally let you use more than one monitor with these, but it's only in clamshell mode?! The battery life is great, portability is great and the 15" screen is nice if you want to use it. I use 2 external monitors so I prefer the 13" for the extra portability, however the 15" is great if you want the larger screen

Easy to use love the look not very expensive great battery life

I really enjoy this MacBook, not only because it's fast and meets my needs, but also because of its long battery life. Just for reference, the only games I play are Roblox and Minecraft. Roblox runs perfectly. Minecraft, on the other hand, can experience lag or low frame rates if you add mods or shaders, but without any of that, it can handle it just fine.

I’ve been using the MacBook Air 15-inch with the M3 chip for a little while now, and it has quickly become one of the best all-around laptops I’ve owned. It’s fast, quiet, well-designed, and really easy to use whether you’re working from home, doing school work, or editing photos and videos. Performance is the biggest highlight. The M3 chip handles everything I do without slowing down — multiple browsers, emails, streaming, light editing, and even some heavier creative apps. It feels smooth and responsive all day long. The 15-inch display makes a difference. There’s plenty of screen space for multitasking, which makes work a lot easier. The colors are sharp, and watching videos or doing creative work looks great on this screen. Battery life is excellent. I can work all day on a single charge with no problem. For a laptop this thin and light, that’s a huge plus. It also stays cool and completely silent since there’s no fan. The design is exactly what you’d expect from Apple. Thin, lightweight, and easy to carry around, but still sturdy. The keyboard and trackpad feel solid and comfortable, and everything about it has that premium Apple feel. There are a couple things worth mentioning. The port selection is limited, so if you use multiple accessories, you’ll probably need a USB-C hub. And since this is the “Air,” it’s not meant for heavy-duty professional video work or intense 3D tasks — though it can still handle a surprising amount for being fanless. Overall, the MacBook Air M3 15-inch is an excellent choice for work, school, or everyday use. It’s fast, lightweight, has a beautiful screen, and the battery lasts all day. If you want a reliable laptop that’s powerful without being bulky, this is a great option.

The dream of a laptop with amazing battery life is is finally here. 7 years ago or so I bought an iPad for the battery life and tried to convince myself it was the best laptop I ever had. Not really, but this M3 air is what I was looking for: charging is an after thought because it lasts so long on a charge. It's so quiet. I love the absence of a fan. Performance is great, It's exactly what we all hoped a laptop could one day be. And it's a real computer: install and compile whatever software you want, use it for development, etc. Performance is outstanding.
