I've used macbooks for the last 15 years and this one is by far the worst computer I've ever used. I cannot watch a youtube video without buffering and skipping. When I click a tab there is a 15 to 30 second lag in response time. Even typing out this review the letters are appearing a sentence behind what I've already typed. I don't know if mine is a lemon or if this is the quality of machine apple produces today but this thing was a complete waste of money.

Apple was actively selling this model as they were killing the 8GB model. When loaded with nothing running it consumed 5 of 8 GB of RAM leaving very little room for the future AI stuff.

Glitches. Glitches in software updates, glitches in Zoom installation, glitches in email.

Came without charger. Shipping and packaging was the worst I have ever seen. Two chats and 4 phone calls resulted in zero help

Absolutely terrible. If you are thinking about buying it don’t. Get a new one. This one the outside of it was different colors with a big scratch on the front of it. I returned it the same day that i received it to my local best buy and they forgot to mark it as returned and i am now being charged for a laptop that i brought back.

I am so sad.The laptop will not on after just 1 month of purchase. This is so embarrassing for a brand new laptop.

Every Apple product is superior and the new MacBook Air is no exception. Super fast processor, great graphics, easy transfer of data from old 2013 MacBook, etc, The 15 inch is especially nice.

Fastest computer for a college student can have. It is light weight and easy to carry around

The iOS on the MacBook 3 seems even faster. Meets every need quickly. Recommend the 15 inch over the 13.

My very first Mac is incredible. I have been an iPhone user since 2014. I love my MacBook Air. It even has apple intelligence. This has been the one of the best and biggest purchases I have ever made. Thank you Appel

The Macbook Air is a very good product. It's the 2nd onen I have had and it's far better than a windows computer imo.

Because I am 82 years old, and struggle to readily recall names, [while, strangely, numbers seem to stick], I cannot tell you the name of the sales person with whom I dealt, but he was truly professional, caring and knowledgeable in his approach and communications with me. His guidance made a very positive difference. Why have you waited two weeks to ask me to survey this purchase?

Great product and functions as described. Display had brilliant color. Features are spot on for the use of the computer for college student.

Excellent value. The open boxed MacBook was like new and I saved considerable amount of money. This replaced my 2017 13” MacBook Air (which is working, but is much slower). When buying Apple products, always purchase from Best Buy and have never been disappointed by them.

The MacBook Air is the best thing I could have bought. I am new at owning a MacBook. I have always used Microsoft laptops. I will stay with Apple. The transition to the MacBook was seamless. It is so easy to use and learn how to use.
